Abu Simbel by road is an early start with a long return. By air it costs more and gives back most of a morning — quote both if your client is over 70.
Aswan carries the same in-house set as Luxor — Nile cruise contracting for series and charter, dahabiya charter on the Esna to Aswan stretch, own-fleet transfers, meet and assist, a full guiding desk, hotel allotment and visa support — and adds the southern end of the country to it.
Abu Simbel is the decision that shapes the day. By road it is three to three and a half hours each way from a very early start, and the return is long. By air it is forty-five minutes each way, costs more, and gives back most of a morning. Vista quotes both rather than assuming, and recommends quoting both to the client where age or mobility is a factor. Events at the sites here, as at Luxor, are on request.
