Built by someone who ran the ground first
Vista Travel is an Egyptian destination management company licensed by the Ministry of Tourism and registered with the Egyptian Travel Agents Association. The licence is held by Vista itself, and the ground is operated by Vista’s own desks rather than brokered on to a third party whose name your client would never see.
The company works with the travel trade only. It does not sell the services described on this website directly to travellers, and it does not contact a partner’s client at any stage — before, during or after the trip.
Everything in the card beside this paragraph can be checked. The registration number is verifiable with the Ministry of Tourism, and anything not yet confirmed is marked rather than estimated.
Six commitments, written into the contract
Not a values statement. Six things a partner can hold us to, and point at when we fall short.
One named contact
The person who quotes you contracts you and answers on the day, with the authority to fix things.
24/7 duty desk
Live cover for every travelling file, escalating before your client notices anything is wrong.
Zero commission dependency
No shop stops, no side arrangements. Nothing is added to your client's day that you did not sell.
White-label always
Client-facing documents carry your brand. We never contact your client at any stage.
Written operating standard
Vehicle condition, driver conduct, guide briefing and timing buffers, checked per departure.
Post-tour report
What ran, what slipped and what we changed — sent after the file closes, whether or not you ask.
Who actually shows up
The most common failure in Egyptian ground handling is a chain of subcontractors nobody in the chain owns. This is what Vista holds directly.
Guides
- Ministry-licensed, working under a written conduct policy
- Briefed against your specific programme, not a generic script
- No commission arrangements of their own — this is contractual
- Family, luxury and faith-based specialisms within the pool
Fleet & drivers
- Own vehicles in all 5 core operating regions
- Age and condition policy checked pre-departure
- Vetted drivers briefed on the day's timing plan
- Backup routing and vehicle contingency on every file
Where a service is genuinely subcontracted — a cruise vessel, a hotel, a second-country leg — we say so, name the standard we hold it to, and stay accountable for it on your file.
Four steps, no mystery
Brief
You send dates, pax and the shape. We tell you what is operable before anyone prices it.
Quote
A net rate sheet with the assumptions written on it, and the release deadlines named.
Operate
A named ops contact holds the file, with duty-desk cover for every travelling day.
Report
What ran and what slipped, sent after the file closes rather than on request.
What happens when something goes wrong
Every operator has bad days. What separates them is what is already in place before one happens.
| Situation | What is already in place |
|---|---|
| Vehicle failure | Backup vehicle and driver on call in every core region, dispatched by the duty desk. |
| Flight disruption | The day is rebuilt around the new arrival time and you are told before your client asks. |
| Supplier failure | Alternatives held at the same category, proposed to you rather than substituted quietly. |
| Medical incident | Escalation path per region, with the duty officer staying on the file until it closes. |
| A complaint | Investigated against the written standard, answered in writing, and the change recorded. |
Check any of it
