Which one are you?
If two of these describe you, start with the one that carries the most volume — the account covers everything either way.

Shore operationsSix terms that don't move
These are in the contract, not in the sales pitch. They apply to every account from the first file.
| Term | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Confidential net rates | Nothing is published. You never compete against a public price in front of your own client. |
| No direct client contact | Vista does not contact your client before, during or after the trip. The relationship stays yours. |
| White-label documents | Itineraries, vouchers and client-facing paperwork carry your brand as standard, not as an upgrade. |
| One named contact | The same person quotes you, contracts you and answers on the day. Not a shared inbox. |
| No commission dependency | Zero shop stops. Nothing is added to your client's day that you did not sell them. |
| Post-tour report | What ran, what slipped, what we changed — sent after the file closes, whether or not you ask. |
Four steps, usually one day
Apply
Company details, trading licence and the markets you sell into. One form, no meeting required.
Verify
We check the registration and confirm the trading name. This is the step that keeps net rates confidential.
Contract
The trade agreement, the payment terms and the cancellation schedule, in writing before the first file.
Quote
A named contact, and rates on your first brief. Most partners send that brief the same week.
What we need from you
To open the account
- Registered trading name and country
- Trading licence, registration or IATA reference
- Company website
- The markets you sell into
- One named contact and a business email
To quote a file properly
- Dates, or the window you are working to
- Pax count and party composition
- Service level, or a request for tiered options
- Guide language
- Anything already promised to the client
The second column is not a gate. Send what you have and the desk will tell you what is still missing.
What partners ask first
Is there a minimum volume to open an account?
No. The account is opened on verification, not on volume. A single FIT file is quoted the same way a season allocation is.
Does the trade account cost anything?
No. There is no joining fee and no annual charge. Verification exists to keep net rates confidential, not to filter by size.
Are there shop stops or commission stops?
No. There are zero shop stops and zero third-party incentives inside the vehicle. Nothing is added to the day that you did not sell.
Open the account once
One application, verified once, and every file after that starts with a named contact and confidential net rates.
